| Eastern Tractor and Attachments Ltd. was formed in January 1997 by the McIntosh Family and operates in Ottawa Ontario. Our sales yard is conveniently located in the south end of Ottawa 10 minutes from the Ottawa airport, less than 2 hours from Montreal, 4 hours from Toronto and 2 hours from Watertown N.Y.
Alexander McIntosh grew up in Eastern Ontario and has been involved in the heavy construction equipment business for in excess of 40 years. Previously a partner in a large John Deere dealership, the principal in a Bobcat and Towmaster dealership he presently devotes his time to the used equipment market specializing in low hour Link-Belt, Kawasaki, Case, Deere, Hyundia, and Komatsu units plus new Towmaster Trailers and Geith attachments. Alex is a member in good standing of CPPAG (Canadian Personal Property Appraisal Group) and is recognized as an experienced heavy equipment appraiser serving financial institutions, accountants, estates, lawyers and contractors whenever appraisals are desired. Eastern Tractor and Attachments Ltd. are pleased to present and sell a selection of dependable, well maintained, reasonably priced used heavy equipment to our Canadian and U.S. customers and are positioned to purchase surplus inventories, plant closures and bankruptcies.
